thanks for watching, and your input Digiwelly,
when it comes down to it, whether your holding a knife, gun, sword, multiple opponents, street, war, or sport, fighting is fighting, and the core is the same. the sad truth is that in a real life crisis hand to hand fighting skills simply may not be enough. it's hard enough to defend yourself in court after using your fists, even harder when you used an item. hence the dilema. to trust your own awareness, instincts, morals, ethics, and legal knowledge, you have to train these things and have a well tested methodology. -peace |

But anyways, I wanted to say that your videos are great. I'm 18 now, I've stopped working out for a while, kinda gave up on that, I was "trained" to box by my brother who was an amateur boxer. Your videos made me want to get back into weight lifting and train myself to get faster and to train again. I guess I wanted ot say Thanks for that. Kinda opened my eyes. Anyways, Good luck with everything, Just wanted to say that before I forgot. :)

Hey,
I've watched a lot of your videos in the past day since I've "discovered" your videos on youtube. I've got to say, they're very very interesting. As far as you have for knives, I love the zip tie invention, but as I said before, Any civilian in knife-law heavy states like california would be screwed if they were caught carrying it around. Same with the devil horns (which by the way, AWESOME idea.) The devil horns are seen as an impact weapon and I guess, you know, you can still argue that a knife is for utility use, but once you attach the devil horns onto the knife, it almost makes it impossible to stray away from the fact that you are carrying the knife mainly for self defense. |

hi burningtags,
thank you for your interest! the book differs from my video in a sense that it focus on the knife only, and more on short term training, where as to the videos focus more on martial arts training as a whole and long term training. I hope that helps take care |

Hello. I think your knife system is very interesting and I enjoy watching your videos.
I was thinking of purchasing your book, but I was wondering if you could do a video where you go a little more in depth about what is actually in the book. Thanks. |

Hey,
just wanted to thank you for posting these videos. It's great to see some educational stuff on YouTube. :) What's your favourite brand/model of folding knives? (I was looking for one to give as a anniversary present to a friend of mine, who runs a scouting club, but I wouldn't really know where to look. Something robust and within the legal limits. You seem to know quite a bit about this sort of thing. ;) ) ~~Yupi! |
