Only 43% of eligible citizens voted in 2006.
After 18 years of work by groups like Rock The Vote, TURNOUT IS STILL VERY LOW. What can we do to change this?

1.Confront or completely reject the constant MEDIA obsession with a few Presidential candidates. Put the focus on our U.S. Reps and offices where people have power.

2. Truly reach out to the 100 million non-voters on their own terms. When they understand that the potential exists to change the system from with-in, then we will see real change in politics in Washington.

3. Deal with some of the vast misconceptions about who votes, and who does NOT vote.
