I've heard another version, that one was really good, it it was not as dark as the original. The other version was really beautiful I think. I will search for it. getting the sheetmusic would be nice, but to i dont play the piano, I wish I could. But can you please play it if you like? It would be really cool

haha thanks, somehow I find that so amusing, and yes I think we're constantly moved by the need of being heard... have you listened to that movement? it is indeed so soul-lifting, about Beethoven's agony and final acceptance of his deafness...it's really moving, so I guess I have many elements to get me there!!

Yes, I wholeheartedly agree, the people I most admire have told me so.
And anway, Tempest wouldn't be my fisrt! I've learned every tune I know by my own, since I had never taken piano lessons before. And it is as I tell everyone, it is complicated, because of it being allegretto and having many pages, but it is not that difficult to go through, which is are 2 different things. thank you ;) |

amazing piano playing! My piano teachers are disencouraging me into playing Beethoven's Tempest 3rd movement because they say that I'm still not on that level and because I should have a more solid musical base first. But I feel deft for it, and who can tell me whether I can or can't but only me? So I just opted for learning it on my own without them knowing, since I don't feel their support. What would you do? Does passion beat method?
