Romana I (Mary Tamm, the fashion model looking one) first appeared in The Ribos Operation (episode 98). I keep thinking she was in the last episode of The Invasion of Time for some reason as well but I'm probably wrong.

Romana II (Lalla Ward, more popular than Mary Tamm's version and one of the most popular companions ever) first appeared, in a less than spectacular manner, in the first episode of Destiny of the Daleks (episode 104).

I've a sneaking suspicion your wanting the Lalla Ward Romana, she was cuter.
