im pretty sure they do. im not from japan or live over there but i will when i get out of the airforce. ive read stuff and seen stuff b4 that they have special bases and architecture and stuff in their skyscrapers. plus i dunno bout this, cooney can confirm it, but i read a guide on living in ikebukuro once and it said you have to have stuff like firmly in place in apartments.

Sim civilization? haha! I'm glad it's all okay. I'm not too scared of earthquakes. (not that I have been in any) I want to move to Japan, even with the risk of earthquakes. Don't they have special architecture against earthquakes?
