Hi there, yours is a sensible request, to report (flag?) illegal videos. I guess you'd use the 'graphic sexual activity' or 'other sexual content' options, not sure. They really should have one for this specifically, stuff that isn't just porn unsuitable for YouTube, but actual illegal stuff regardless of any tube. Keep making logical movies!
