To whom it may concern...the above named was found on the 23rd march 2003 unconcious and by admission to hospital he was drowsey and able to open his eyes and call 911 for help but had severe weakness to both upper/lower, limb and weakness in his left side of face(i was visiting my mum in pulau penang/malaysia)he was investigated with brain c.a.t scan which showed multi intracearabral bleeding of the right perioto-occipital region....initially treated conservatiley,then with progressive deteriation and further mri test there was indication for surgical intervention, and was operated on 27th march 2003 operation finding multiple areas of intracearabral bleeding with 80% removed... post oprative recovery was uneventfull..more concious and alert but still severe weakness to his limbs was put on intensive physiothearapy until discharched on 7th april 2003...diagnosis multi intra cearabral bleeding/stroke please do not pity me...but add as a friend ty i rate all my friends videos but don't always comment doesn't mean im not watching
