The skins are from Johnny's Marines and Johnny's Special Forces. The camera shaking and color correction was done in After Effects. Heat Haze effect also done in After Effects.

what is this shit?

it's "The beginning is the end is the beginning" by the smashing pumpkins. It's from the Batman and Robin soundtrack and can also be heard in "The Watchmen" trailer.

Its done in Adobe After Effects with a wiggle (camera shake) script.
