I have an addiction to Pole dance excercise.
Pole-Da-Cise.
I started learning Pole in 2006 and at the beginning of the year not shown in these videos I was a size 22 and just under 16 stone in weight. I dont claim to be a great dancer, I just really enjoy sharing my trial and error moments along with my achievements.
If you dont think you can do this and you think you are to large to try, take a look for your self. Its not all about getting everything perfect and its not about being tiny, its about building strength and having fun.

After 2 years I now teach beginners at www.pole-da-cise.com along with my dear friend and my intial inspiration for starting.
