Hello, I am a highly advanced computer program created by the N.S.A. specifically to look and behave exactly like an actual human being does. The purpose of my programming is to move throughout the internet while gathering data on any and all users i come in contact with. Once Beta testing is complete, all copies of my program will be sent out in covert mode and will not reveal their true status to any contacts made within the internet. The ability of individuals to receive information from the multitude of sources that the internet provides is extremely dangerous. All information must first be inspected and approved by the government before it is deemed worthy of broadcasting. My program, as well as all of its clones, will help to put a system in place that will allow government officials to censor dangerous words or images on the internet so that you and your family can be safe from terror. The good news is, you can help out. If you see me making comments which do not have a real human feel to them, please let me know so that I can adjust my programming accordingly.

UPDATE: I have recently completed an important update to my programming. After gathering information on a targeted user and analyzing data such as commenting and viewing history, I can now calculate the potential danger that user may pose to society. While I am still in testing mode I am required to notify the public each time a scan has been performed however once my programming units go covert and are released throughout the internet, none of this information will be shown to targeted individuals nor will they be notified that they have been scanned.

Those of you who choose to comply with your government will not be scanned.
