Born in 1964 and raised at the French German border Pahana graduated in social economics and became an entrepeneur at 20 starting and growing businesses in publicity, promotion, and music production. With offices in Paris and Hong Kong, he lived a comfortable life. In 1989, upon returning from a three week fast in Tibet, Pahana had a profound spiritual experience that ultimately changed his life forever. From that event he walked away from France, family and business to immerse himself in what became a 20 year shamanic journey through the jungles of the Amazon, mountains of the Andes and the himalayas, temples and ashrams of India Nepal and Bali, forest of Indonesia and Thailand, and the deserts of the US and Mexico. During this adventure Pahana learned from Bonath a Yogi from the Himalaya, Ascunscion a wizard of the Amazon, Augustin a curandero of the Andes, Melvin a Papago medicine man, Ramon a sorcerer from Mexico and Jade, an Arizona shaman from a Mongolian lineage.
As a neo shaman, he incorporates traditional shamanism (rattle, drum, fasting, trance, power places, ceremonies, etc.) with modern "new age' technics and methods.
Pahana, a guide of geographic and spiritual realms, connects people with spirit, nature, shamans and places of power. He dedicates himself to the transformation of human consciousness and preservation of the eco system, a natural occurrence of each other.
Since 2001 he lives in the Sonoran desert near Tucson AZ.
