dont hold your thump around the neck, rest it on the back of the neck so you can slide it up and down. keep your four fingers on the red, yellow, blue and orange buttons. if you do that instead of the green, red, yellow and blue then you have to use your pointer finger for two fingers instead of your pinky. if you have watched the advanced tutorial yet do that too.
