Wow mushrooms with Hoi Sin sauce
The aroma is wonderful its just amazing a shame you dont see more of this kind of thing in England its such as shame.
One of things I love about this is the intense yet subtle complexion of the avion mushroom with that sort of ,.. ...seductive undertone of the perfume like Hoi Sin its just great, you can imagine ordering it a quaint alley in the sichuan district of China prepared by authentic peasants as a meal after a hard day on the rice paddy.
