The GH3 controller for the PS2 doesn't have special faceplates. I'm not saying it doesn't come off, but they aren't making things for it like they are the Les Paul.

Yes they do from what I have heard.

But I have also heard that the Kramer (PS2) really sucks.

So thats why im sticking with my trust SG =P

Some people say that video just takes a long time to load, I'm not sure whats wrong with it though.
