"Yhea," I said as Miracle started to wake up.
"Hey Miracle," Kevinsaid sitting down nex

"Hey Miracle," Kevinsaid sitting down next to me.
"Daddy," she said groggily as she opened herarms for a hug.
"Hey," he said hugging her as she coughed.
"Hi sweetie," I said as I pushed her hair out of her face. "How are you feeling?"
"Okay, I guess. I still don't feel very good," she said.
"I know. The doctor said you need to get plenty of sleep and warm baths so how about we go to a hotel so you can sleep," I said as she got off of Nick's lap.
"Kay. Thank you Uncle Nicky for staying up with me. I didn't mean to make you stay up all night," she said as she gave Nick a hug.
"It's okay. I couldn't sleep anyway. Hey maybe when you're feeling better we can go to the park," Nick said.
"Okay!" Miracle said as she ran over to her bunk and grabbed her pillow that had her name stitched on the front of it in Purple. Miracle ran back over to me and I lifted her up on my lap.
"Hey Nick, can you hand me her brush from the bathroom?" I asked.
"Sure," Nick said and he got up and got her brush for me.
I brushed Miracle's hair and put it in a ponytail so it was out of her face. Mom had taught me how to fix girl's hair when Mira's started growing longer. Now it was down to the middle of her back so I figured she could use a hair cut.
"Hey Nick, do you think Miracle needs a haircut? Her hair is down to the middle of her back," I asked.
"I would give her one. Plus it's summertime so you know it's got to be really hot on her. You know how Mom would always complain in the summer when her hair was too long," Nick said.
"Yeah, I'll do it when she gets better," I said.
Joe got up and walked out in the front part of the bus. He forgot that he had no shirt on and just looked at us, then back at himself. I covered Miracle's eyes.
"Daddy, stop," she said.
"Um, I forgot to put on a shirt," Joe said.
"Yeah, I think you did. Go put one on," I said.
Joe walked back to his bunk and grabbed his shirt and put it on. I uncovered Miracle's eyes.
"Why'd you do that daddy?" she asked.
"Because Uncle Joe forgot to put on a shirt," I said.
"Oh, ewww!" she said.
"We know," I said and Nick started laughing.

After paying we went back to the bus as Miracle coughed, sneezed, and shivered in the cold night air.
The next day
Miracle slept cuddled against my chest while I looked around and saw that the bus had stopped. We arrived at the place to get the prescriptions. I didn't want to wake Miracle up so I had Joe and Nick run in and get them.
Joe's POV
Nick and I walked into the store. We were immediately swarmed with a bunch of screaming fans. Nick and I tried to get up to the counter to get the prescriptions but we couldn't.
"Okay, look girls," I said sternly.
The girls stopped screaming and I continued, "We need to get to the counter to get prescriptions. Can you all please just move out of our way. Then we will take a few pictures."
The girls moved out of the way and we got up to the counter, still being followed by them. We got the prescriptions and started to go towards the door. Nick and I took a few pictures and signed a couple of things and left. We got on the bus and Nick handed Kevin the prescriptions.
Miracle's POV
Daddy woke me up and I saw he had the medicine in his hands. Uncle Nicky and Uncle Joe must have got it for him. I was too tired to take the medicine but daddy made me.
"Now Miracle, you have to take this if you want to get better," daddy told me.
"I'm too tired. I want to go back to sleep daddy," I told him.
"After you take this, then you can go back to sleep. Okay?" he said.
"Kay," I said.
Daddy read the bottle so he could give me the amount I needed. He gave me the amount and I had a hard time swallowing. My throat still hurt.
"There, now you can go back to sleep," daddy told me as I fell back asleep on his lap.
Nick's POV
I went over to Kevin and whispered, "Hey, do you want to get some sleep? I can stay up with Miracle while you go to bed."
"No, you get some sleep. I'll be fine," Kevin told me. He looked so exhausted.
"Kay, wake me up if you need me," I told him as I walked back to my bunk and got in.
Joe had already fallen asleep. I couldn't sleep that well either. I guess it was because knowing that Miracle was sick. I would occasionally look around the corner when I would wake up and see that Kevin was still up. Finally half way through the night I got up and made Kevin go to bed as I sat up with Miracle.
That morning
We arrived at the next stop. I had dozed off a few times but only for short minutes. Miracle would wake up every half hour and cough but it got better as the night went on. It was around 8:00 when Kevin got up and walked out of his bunk.
"Hey, is Miracle okay?" he asked me.
"Yea, she coughed through the night but she's fine. She woke up once and asked where you were but I told her that you went to sleep and I was staying up with you. She said 'oh' and laid back down on my lap," I told him.
"That's good," Kevin said.

Miracle was only about six months old and she was coughing and sneezing up a storm. I looked down at her and saw that her nose was red and runny. Her coughed were sounding more and more croupier with every cough and she looked miserable. "Kevin... I think it's time to make a d-o-c-t-o-r-s appointment," Nick said spelling it so hopefully Miracle wouldn't know what it meant.
Miracle started crying, she hated going to the doctors office even at that young an age. "I think she figured out what that means," Joe said as I rocked Miracle in my arms.
"You guys are both right," I said sighing as I tried to calm Miracle. "Do either of you remember ever hating... it as much as Miracle hate it?"
"Not really," Joe said.
"Same here," Nick said.
"Well another fun trip to it," I said sarcastically as I rocked her in my arms.
I called the doctor's office and made an appointment for when we got home which would be tomorrow. Miracle looked up at me with pleading eyes as if to say she didn't need to go to the doctors and I should just cancel the appointment while she continued to cough and sneeze. I just sighed as I shook my head at her. She gabbed onto my shirt. "It will be okay Miracle, I promise. I'll be with you the whole time," I said as she looked like she might cry. "It's to help you feel better sweetie."
She just started crying as I tried to calm her down.
6 month old Miracle's POV
I cried as Daddy rocked me in his arms, I didn't want to go to the doctors. Doctors are really scary to me! "Miracle, it's okay. You don't need to cry, I'll be with you the whole time," he said trying to comfort me.
"Kevin, have her drink this," Uncle Nicky said handing Daddy a bottle with white stuff in it.
"Formula?" he asked.
"Yep," Uncle Nicky said as daddy had me drink the warm liquid.
It was sweet and warm. I drank it slowly since my throat hurt. I yawned between the coughs when I finished. Daddy cradled me in his arms as Uncle Joe came over. I grabbed his finger and started sucking on it as Daddy handed me to him. I fell asleep as he rocked me and they all sang a really soft, sweet song to me.
End flashback
Nick's POV
Kevin pried Miracle off his shirt and handed her to the doctor. After about 15 minutes she was done. She handed Miracle to Kevin and said, "She pamonia and strep throat. Just give her the antibiotics I prescribe for her and have get plenty of rest she should be feeling fine in about a week," she said with a friendly smile as Miracle shivered in her blankets.
"Okay, anything else we can do?" Kevin asked as Miracle cuddled in his arms trying to stay warm.
"Humidifier if her nose gets stuffy and warm baths to keep her warm," she said.
"Okay, thank you," we said.
"You're welcome, I'll go write up the prescription."
"Okay," we said.
She left the room to go write up the prescriptionsas Kevin rocked Miracle. "See, it wasn't that bad and you did such a good job of behaving," he said as Miracle started coughing.
Kevin's POV
I rocked Miracle as the doctor came back in. She handed me a peice of paper and told me where to pick it up.

Daddy carried me back onto the bus. He was really tired and I wasn't feeling very good. I just cuddled in his arms as he carried me towards my bed. He laid me down on my bed and climbed up the ladder and laid down on his bed while Uncle Nicky and Uncle Joe got in their beds. Daddy fell asleep as did Ucle Joe. I looked at Uncle Nicky who wasn't asleep yet. "Uncle Nicky," I said feeling sick.
"Yes Miracle?" he asked.
"I don't feel good," I said.
Uncle Nicky got up and came over to me. "How don't you feel good?" he asked.
"My head, throat, ears, and tummy hurt," I said as he felt my forehead.
"Well you're warm," he said.
"I don't feel warm," I said as I shivered.
"You also have a case of the chills then," he said as I felt sick.
He must have sensed it, because he quickly picked me up and ran me to the bathroom, where I threw up. He uhugged me as I cried from not feeling good. He carried me into the living room area of the bus where he sat on the couch and wrapped me up in a few blankets as he rocked me in his arms. I shivered as I pulled the blankets close to me while I continued to cry. "Hey Nick...," Daddy said coming out. "Miracle, what's wrong?"
"She doesn't feel good," Uncle Nicky said as Daddy sat down.
"Oh come here Miracle," he said as Uncle Nick handed me to him. I cuddled in his arms while I continued to cry. "How doesn't she feel good?"
"She told me that her head, throat, ears, and stomach hurt, she also hes a bad case of the chills. Then I rushed her to the bathroom and she threw up," Uncle Nicky said as daddy hugged me.
"It's going to be okay Miracle, come on," he said getting up.
He went over to the driver and asked them to drive to a walk-in doctors office.
After about half an hour the bus stopped and daddy carried me into the doctors office. Daddy made and appointment for me and sat down with me in his arms. About ten minutes later we were called in. Daddy carried me in and sat in the room we were led to with Uncle Joe, Uncle Nicky, and a body guard. The doctor came in about five minutes later. I grabbed onto Daddy's shirt, I didn't like doctors at all.
Kevin's POV
I sighed as I pried Miracle from my shirt while she coughed. Miracle had never liked doctors.

I took Miracle into the room that Kevin was talking to Brittany in. "Kevin, can we talk to you?" I said.
"Sure," he said as Brittany didn't move.
"Privately," I said.
"Brittany, could you leave us alone for a few minutes?" he asked.
"Sure," she said as she shot Miracle a look that made her tremble a bit.
Kevin of course didn't notice it, but I did. I hugged her close. "So what's up?" he asked as Brittany left.
"Brittany's got to go," I said plainly.
"What? Why?" he asked.
"She's been being mean to Miracle," I said as a few tears slid down Miracle's face.
"Oh sweetie," he said he hugged her tightly. "What'd she do to you?"
"She said I'm a cry baby and that I wasn't a big girl," she cried as she hugged Kevin tightly.
"Miracle, why didn't you tell me sooner?"
"She told me you'd think I was lying and you, uncle Joe, uncle Nicky would leave me forever. I was scarred she was right, I don't want you to leave me!" she said crying even harder.
"Don't worry Miracle, we won't be leaving you anytime soon," Kevin said as he rubbed her back.
"Kevin, she also gave her the death stare right before she left the room," I said.
"Joe, watch Miracle while I go talk to Brittany," he said as he got up.
"Kay," I said as I hugged her.
Miracle's POV
I heard daddy yelling at Brittany angerly in the other room. I had never actually hear him when he was angry. It was a bit scary, after about ten minutes he came back in. He hugged me as he sat down. "It's okay Miracle, you'll never have to see or talk to Brittany again," he said as I hugged him tightly. "She's leaving today, when we get at our next stop."
"Which is now," Joe said as the bus stopped.
"Thank you daddy, I love you," I said as I hugged him back.
"I love you too," he said as he looked at me and smiled.
Kevin's POV
I just sat there holding Miracle in my arms. I didn't want to let her go, not after almost ruining our lives forever. I looked at her face, still wet from crying. I can't stand to see her cry, it tears me apart. I can't let anything hurt her again. I would die if something was to happen to her.
"Miracle," I said as she looked up at me. "If anything happens to you, you need to tell me, Uncle Nick, or Uncle Joe right away. You understand, no matter how scary it might make you."
"Yes daddy, I promise I'll tell you," she said. She laid her head on my shoulder.
Joe walked out of the room. I stood up with Miracle in my hands and walked out to the front room. Brittany was still there, sitting on a chair. I saw her give Miracle a look. Miracle buried her head in my chest.
"Brittany, you need to leave," I said.
"Fine, I don't need you anyway. It's your problem if you believe her," she said as she picked up her bag and left the bus.
"There Miracle, she's gone. You never have to think of her again," I said.
"Okay daddy," she said.

"Miracle, what's wrong? You know you can tell your daddy, uncle Nick, and me anything," he said. I couldn't take it anymore. I broke down and started crying into his shirt. "Oh Miracle, what's wrong?"
"Br-Brittany," I said between tears.
"What about Brittany?" he asked hugging me tighter.
"Sh- she was mean to me."
"Oh Miracle, what'd she do to you?"
"She said that I'm not a big girl and she said I'm a cry baby."
"Oh Miracle, why didn't you tell us sooner?"
"She said you'd think I was lying and that you, daddy, and uncle Nicky would leave me forever! I don't want you to leave me!!"
"Don't worry Miracle, we won't be leaving any time soon. Brittany on ther hand," he said picking me up. "Come on, we're going to go talk to your daddy and he'll deal with Brittany."

I looked at Brittany who was standing there. She's so pretty. No I can't have a girlfriend right now. Not with Miracle on tour with us... but Brittany seems so sweet and she's so pretty. "So Brittany, what do you like to do?" I asked.
"Well I sing, act, do sports, and a bunch of other stuff," she said.
Could she be any more perfect? Maybe Miracle would enjoy anouther girl to hang out with. "Joe, Nick. Could I talk with you guys?" I said.
"Sure," they said as we walked into anouther room.
"What's up?" Joe asked.
"I really like Brittany and I was wondering if it was okay with you guys if I invite her to come with us on tour," I said.
"What about Miracle?" Nick asked.
"Well I was thinking she might enjoy having anouther girl around," I said.
"Well it's up to you," they both said.

When I woke up I saw that, that lady was still here. "Daddy?" I said seeing him.
"Good morning Miracle!" he said bending down and hugging me.
"Daddy, why's she still here?" I asked.
"She's going to be coming on tour with us," he said.
"Oh... okay," I said as daddy started making me breakfast.
"Brittany, could you watch Miracle while I go make her breakfast?" he asked.
"Sure," she said.
"Would you read me a story?" I asked her.
"No," she said in an annoyed tone.
"Why?" I asked.
"Because I don't read to little kids," she said as she gave me a disgusted look.
"B-but daddy said I'm a big girl," I said getting teary eyed from her tone.
"Well you're not," she said. "And stop being a cry baby."
I opened my mouth to say something but she stopped me. "And don't tell your daddy and uncles I was mean to you, even if you do they'll think you're lying and leave you forever," she said with a warning look.
I looked away while I laid back down as I buried myself in the blankets. When daddy came out he saw me. "Miracle what's wrong?" he asked seeing the tears in my eyes.
"Nothing," I said wiping my eyes and hugging him.
"Why were you crying though?" he asked.
"I wasn't crying," I said not wanting to tell him for fear that he really would think I was lying and he really would leave me forever with uncle Joe and uncle Nick.

"Hey Miracle!" Kevin said as he ran over to where Miracle was sitting.
"Daddy!" she said happily as Kevin picked her up and hugged her.
I smiled at the memory of when she had first said Dada.
Flashback
Miracle was about one and Kevin was tickling her. "Are you ticklish? Are you ticklish??" he asked as she giggled.
"I think that a yes Kevin," I said smiling as I looked at how much she was giggling.
"I think so," Nick said smiling.
"I think you two are right!" Kevin said as he stopped tickling her.
When Miracle stopped laughing she looked at us. She looked right at Kevin. "Dada," she said as Kevin got a big smile on his face.
"Very good!" he said as he picked her up and hugged her.
"Dada, dada, dada!" she said.

Miracle's POV
It was time for the meet and greet daddy, uncle Joe, and uncle Nick were having. I was in daddy's arms and a bunch of girls kept saying how cute I was and how much they love daddy, Joe, and Nick. "Hi," one girl said.
"Hi," daddy said as he shook her hand and looked into her eyes.
"I'm Brittany," she said as she shook her bleach blond hair.
"Nice to meet you," daddy said. "Would you like to come backstage and hang out for a while when this is over?"
"Sure!" she said as she smiled flashing perfectly white teeth.
I clutched onto daddy's shirt as she moved and went backstage. After about ten more girls daddy said we had to go. We went backstage and saw the girl waiting there. "Hi Brittany!" daddy said looking at her.
"Hi!" she said as I yawned a bit.
"You tired Miracle?" daddy asked as I nooded my head and rested it on daddy's chest. "I'm going to go put Miracle in bed."
"Kay, we'll come with you," Joe and Nick said.
"Kay, You want to come Brittany?" daddy asked.
"Sure!" she said sounding perky.
I fell asleep after about three minutes.

Jennifer looked at me as I wrote in the notebook again.
We don't need to know where they are. We just need faith. God will help us and keep Michelle and Nick safe.
Kevin looked at me with wonder in his eyes. "That's so deep and shows that you have so much confidence in your faith," he said.
I wished I could hear his voice. People had told me that they sounded amazing. I smiled as my mind turned to Michelle and Nick. I hoped they were okay, if whoever kidnapped them, hurt them I'd kill them.

I was trying not to hyperventalate. I hated small, enclose spaces. "You okay?" Nick asked.
"Not really," I cried.
"Don't worry it will be alright," he said. "Let's try to get untied."
"Okay," I said as I started trying to untie Nick while he tried to untie me.
After about ten minutes the ropes aroung Nick fell to the floor. "Yes!" he whispered as he untied his ankles and then started to untie me.
I was untied about five minutes later. I started untieing my ankles when the door opened. I looked up to see one of the kidnappers. There was some yelling and cursing, and they grabbed both Nick and I. My ankles were still tied up so I couldn't do much.
