Poultry bones - any bones - are fine for cats & dogs as long as they're not cooked. If they're cooked they can splinter in the cat/dog's mouth and pierce the soft palate. Choking isn't really a danger, it's the cuts & resulting infections in the mouth that are the problem.

The 2 complaining - get a life. Bones are not that dangerous if you're careful. My dog CHEWS on bones, they don't break -shrugs- He's a big doggy too, about 110 lbs... surprised they don't break, i see teeth marks in it, draining bone marrow i guess. Eh...
