Alright, you can buy it if you want. Budokai 3 Collectors Edition is now 100% downloaded in my computer xD! I need to complete it faster.

Yeah, the Greatest Hits rules. However, in Europe it's called Platinum, but I download the Collectors Edition. It's the same thing with those 2. Now my PS2 works more than great... no noise or anything. I guess it was because I haven't use it for a long time. So now you don't have a modchip? Too bad, you should Swap Magic. Is like a modchip but not so expensive. I use it from September 2007 and it's more than great for me.
