I am a musician and photographer in NYC

I play and teach electric and acoustic bass guitar, double bass, electric and acoustic guitar, classical guitar, mandolin, octave mandolin, drumset, percussion, mallet percussion and voice.

I am offering instruction in all aspects of live and studio audio production including songwriting, arranging, copying, engraving, mono, two-track and multi-track recording, producing, engineering, mixing, mastering, replication/duplication and equipment maintenance as well as field recording techniques and stealth, binaural and M/S miking techniques.

I have an instrument repair service and offer instruction in general instrument repair and maintenance, specializing in stringed instruments.

I offer instruction in many software environments including ProTools (HD/LE), Logic, Digital Performer, Reason, GarageBand, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, Dreamweaver, Aperture, Finale and Sibelius in addition to general Macintosh and Windows expertise.

I also offer instruction in film and digital still photography, darkroom techniques, lighting techniques and digital workflow and manipulation. I specialize in the the Canon EOS and Contax/Zeiss systems.
