The Fat-Attacker Factor of Facts: I'm convinced a primary aspect of most peoples inability to lesson the fat content on their bodies is due to an as-yet undetected factor that must be addressed *first* in order to see long-term results that stick. No other fat loss or weight management program is attacking this factor, nor even beginning to address it except in the most remotest of ways, and at best very indirect ways. Researchers are now beginning to put the theory together, and I myself have used this theory to prove to myself that it is likely highly accurate, and can and will help a great many people struggling with their weight. It's not a big mystery...it's simply not a factor that is directly addressed. It's my opinion that once this factor is dealt with in an effort to achieve an optimal state of well being, fat simply has a very difficult time finding a place to stick itself on your body.

Forget about being "balanced." Balance no longer works for most of us. Having a fat-free body DOES require that we put more effort in specific directions and changes of lifestyles to get there. I experienced it first hand when I became very sick a few years ago, and had to teach myself how to get better, since doctors were pretty much useless (I went through six months of painful hell and six different doctors, none of which could help). A side benefit on my road to recovery was finding this body with basically NO fat on it anywhere; and I've been able to maintain it this way for over two years now, with NO fluctuations!

I am a life-long independent researcher. I am devoted to finding answers that work both for myself and the greatest number of people possible. I have spent literally years and countless expenses to get here. Having lost everything at one point, almost including my life, it has become my life passion to help humanity and co-create health and joy. What I have to offer is not found anywhere else in one place, and I will present "secrets" to health that the establishment absolutely does not want me to discuss. You will understand why. Not even the famous author who discusses 'Cures "They" Don't Want You to Know About' does not venture down the roads that I do. My information will be powerful, is largely unknown, and if I have my way...will garner national and perhaps world-wide attention.

There is no silver bullet, but there are several approaches that produce consistant results for the vast majority of people. I cover ALL of these approaches AND include some most people have never even considered.

This is NOT about spending an hour doing cardio/aerobics a day after gorging yourself on whatever foods you want. One abuse plus another does not a healthy body make. Nor is this about meal programs or gimmicky machines. We're all tired of hearing the scams. This is about realistic alternatives that everyone can incorporate into their lives that produce real results. Results that not only get the fat off most people's bodies, but in turn afford them an incredible new state of health.

My biggest focus are the factors not being covered hardly anywhere else...both factors that are touched upon in my videos as well as in my upcoming course that I will have done very shortly.

I don't put stock in weights and measures, but since I've been asked, my bodyfat tends to average around 7.3%, and this seems to be sufficient for what my body requires to perform optimally as well as maintain a lean appearance.

Hey. I've been doing my best to lose weights, and I do diet. I run. And from time to time, I do full body crunches, general workouts, etc.

And I do find your videos informative, thanks, I learned many things I didn't before!

But do you have any specific work outs to recommend?

Hey! I just stumbled across your channel and oh man, you're videos are great! So informative, I can definitely pick up some tips here.
I'm trying to get rid of uneccsary fat on my body, I do work out but I'm not very stable in my diet. Some days are all healthy, but others I struggle.
