em, if you have a directors account, which you can upload full episodes, i think you don't need to convert anything AS LONG AS it's an .avi file. cause youtube only accepts like .avi, and .mpeg files. so you need to convert .mkv files if that's what you got.
If you don't have a directors account and you need to split the file into 3 pieces, then i would suggest you to download the Xvid version of the clip, cause i have NO IDEA how to convert h264 files..they're just too hard for me T-T |
