I would recommend restoring you iPod touch to the 1.1.4 firmware. Once you have restored your iPod touch to the 1.1.4 firmware, you can use ZiPhone to jailbreak your device and automatically place installer.app on your iPod touch.
You will need to firstly use Google / Yahoo / Live to find a source for the 1.1.4 firmware file and also download ZiPhone from Zibri's website. Enjoy. |

hey i have a question... im trying to install installer app. on my ipod touch 1.1.1 and what it does is it brings me back to my home without installing anything... ive tryed it several times and it just wont work.. ive even done the restore in the computer and maked it like if it where a new ipod and it just woudnt work... can you help me ??

Yes, you have to have a data plan to be able to use those features. The costs of these plans varies across different providers.
