As for the Hitohira uploads, it's really not nice for us. I work for Starlight Fansubs as the editor and there are multiple reasons why uploading to YouTube is bad for us:

1) It ruins the quality.

2) It gives us incorrect statistics for our popularity since people would just watch YouTube instead of coming to our channel on IRC to download it.

3) It brings us unwanted attention (usually the producing companies).

If you really want to watch Hitohira, we're already up to episode number 6.
