It is entirely possible to lose 4 pounds in 4 days ,excluding fats ones glycogen water pool can be used up very quickly if there is no energy input,this alone weighs more than 4 pounds . With a pound of fat being around 3000 cals and roughly 1500 cals burned up just by doing nothing, added exersize or serious stress will burn up the 4 pounds of fat

(the reply to mine) im sorry if i came off condesending. i have talked with way too many docators about this. and it is physicaly almost impossable to loose 4 pounds of fat in 4 days. your body is only capable of loosing .75 pound a day if you fast, and exersize 500 cal off. when people loose more than 5 pounds a week and they are not more than 20 pounds over weight, they cant loose that much fat in a week. a weight loss that extreem is fat, muscle, and water. 2 of those are unhealthy, and depending on the person even all 3.

hi. do you have an ed? it seems liek it. 4 pound in four days. hun that not physicaly possable. i was anorexic. i would go a few weeks without eating. even then i only lost 5 pounds a week. so you are loosing water as well. (that kills even faster, your heart is week when fasting, and loosing water is more dangerouse) check out my page. see what i mean. i like your page though.
