Ok, even if they did say that, you know as well as I do the reasons for cook's victory...simon purposely critized every single one of cook's performances on tuesday night and praised every one of archie's performances in order to rile cook's fans up to vote as they would think he is not safe. as far as archie's fans, they all thought he was safe and it would be pointless to vote.

it makes sense considering that every other week leading up to the finale, archuleta consistently had the majority of the votes and mysteriously on the finale night, he lost control of the voting.

Just because you're a cook fan doesnt mean you should hide from the facts: archuleta is and will always be more talented than cook. archie doesn't need the title of american idol to prove that.
