Loved the promo DVD. there were lot of different variations of push ups and pull ups that i havent seen before. tryed them i need lots more practice lol. Cant wait for your DVD to come out. ima definately buy it. Hopefully you have a question/answer portion or a common misconceptions part. One of the questions i wanted to know was. On one of your videos it says You do that work out everyday but i thought you were suppose to take days off when strength training?

Nice work man - you've got the right idea - bodyweight conditioning is the path to real strength.
Did you know that a lot of the excercises you do are standard conditioning for parkour/freerunning, e.g. elephant lift pushups, handstand pushups, flags, russian levers, muscle ups e.t.c.? |
