I just wanted to say that I am very new to the holisitc wellness world, but I am so excited to start on my journey to better health. I absolutley love your videos and find them very informative and helpful. I am a beauty addict and I noticed your skin is amazing and glowing. What beauty products do you use on your face? I know it must have something to do with the lifestyle as well. ; -) I would love to know your beauty regimine, as I am a makeup artist and only own the brands you see in department stores. What are some of your fave brands? I always felt untill recently that there wasn't much of a choice if you wanted healthy beauty products, other than Burts Bees. Thanks for always shining! Lisa G.

I prefer agave and stevia over sugar cane since they have a low glycemic index and don't spike insulin levels the same way. I do eat some things that have evaporated cane juice, but I do everything possible to keep traditional, refined sugar or brown sugar to a minimum.
