We thought it would be great if we could show the world how a REAL mom in Japan cooks for her family. My wife Tomoko, a fantastic cook BTW, shows you directly from our kitchen in Kobe, Japan. Ittadakimasu!
Nombre: Tomoko
I am actually her husband writing this. Tomoko cannot write English very well nor does she really want to. She's busy reading recipe magazines and watching her shows.

Tomoko LOVES cooking. She plans her entire week's menu and then goes shopping at five or six stores to find the cheapest, best ingredients. Home cookin' at its best.

Hoorah, the channel is not dead!

I am waiting impatiently for more videos; please come back soon. What do I care that you're busy with Real Life? ;)

It would be great if you could do more veg dishes and desserts. I often find many recipes for mains and meats, but not many vegetarian or predominantly-veg ones. Greens are good! and sweet stuff, of course, is *always* good.

Cheers!

Hi All

I thought about making a video tonight when Tomoko was making temakizushi. So sorry we haven't uploaded any new videos for a while. We have gotten busy with other things and just haven't had the time to coordinate making new videos. Believe me, we haven't forgotten and hope to have more videos coming soon.

What does other things mean? Well, I have gone back to get my masters and Tomoko was heading up the PTA. Since going back to school, it means I have had to quit jobs and do some rescheduling.
