These are some of my thoughts.

There are many facets to our personality.
We love, hate, anger, cry, suffer, laugh, complain, appreciate, tolerate, admire,
and many, many more.

These are our natural aspects of what makes us.
We connect with others when we sense a belonging.
When we have a common goal.

We also 'connect' when we disagree.
If we are wise enough we can communicate to resolve our disagreements.
For nothing is impossible.

It is with the healing of the heart that peace is accomplished.
It is through untying the knots/problems of the heart that you can find the way to understand life.
Emotional healing is one of the process to find inner peace.

Irrespective of where we come from or what we go through there is always something that touches our heart: LOVE.

When we connect with random acts of compassion and love in others, we stop to say "Thank you" or we stop to say " I like what you are doing".

This 'beauty' you see in others is but the recognition of YOURSELF.

We need to connect with people to 'recognise' more of ourselves in them.

It's through encouraging words or appreciation that we sense a belonging with one another.

Balance.

Balance is acheived when the two sides are equal.

Our life could be in balance if we are happy with whatever we have. ( Check out Wayne Dyer's "Don't chase happiness" under my favourites)

Happy for the work we put in to acheive whatver we got.

We got the roof, the clothings, and the food.

Happy for creating harmony within our family. (When ever we reflect upon the happy times of the past it's often the time of togetherness we had with our loved ones that surface in our memory.)

But when we want more we also need the possibility to acquire more. This is when the balance starts to get lopsided gradually..
The only way we have been taught to acquire anything is with MONEY. Even the happiness that we think we can acheive with the family needs money. That is how we have been brainwashed into beleiving and we accept it.

So things that we need to buy with money is produced just for us by someone, somewhere on the other side of the earth. Things that are possible because we have much of what we think we need....MONEY.

We buy things we really don't need but are just the extra additions to make us feel good.

When there is demand for these extras..someone else has to toil to produce it.

This is how we contribute to the suffering of the world although it is hard for us to admit it.

What you 'take' for your personal fulfillment will be 'given back' - Goes around comes around. Natural Law

Let your way towards peace and love be through The Sanctuary.
