I would like to see a return to Michigan International Speedway for starters!!
I would like to see more chassis and engine manufacturers like it was in the 90's.
A return to turbo-engines would be nice, but I'm not sure how that would work with ethonal. I like that they use cleaner fuel.
I really think the IndyCar Series is doing a lot of good. CART failed and that's why there is finally only one series. Back when the split took place I didn't think the IRL stood a chance. I think CART did to much of trying to go international and lost focus on the North American audience. And I'm sorry but CART isn't Formula-1. They alienated their main fan base and it cost them.

Hey man, well one of the things i would like to see in the Indycar series is multiple engine and chassis combinations. I firmly believe that in professional auto racing, the car should be considered just as important as the driver. When everybody has the same equipment it defeats half the purpose of the sport!! To make a long story short, I would love to see Open Wheel racing return to the way it was in the early 90's, full fields, top drivers from all over the world, heavy manufacturer involvement, packed grandstands, longer races, and an even blend of Ovals and Road/Street courses. Hopefully we'll have a new higher reving turbocharged engine formula in the near future too, because the current cars sound so flat and underpowered compared to the cars of the first half of the 90's.

The IndyCar Series needs to provide the most challenging circuit-racing challenge this side of F1 (via a racier, more difficult to handle package) as well as a model that limits the poltical influence of team owners and manufacturers. Also important is making sure that the feeder series are strong and that they find supportive sponsors and promoters who know their audience.

You asked me what changes I would like to see in the "indycar" series over the next years, well I would like Turbocharged engines, and an aero package suitable for real oval racing, something similar to what CART used to have, at least three engine manufacturers and to have Lola and Panoz building real cars, not the crap they're using right now, oh most important Tony George far away, somewhere where he can't damage the sport anymore (well I don't think is possible to damage it more)

I think it's awesome...but its too far from where I live :(
