I'm a Half Filipino Half English DJ that was brought up in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, schooled in England and lives in Dubai. I was originally a Beatboxer, part of the 5th Element - our demo was reviwed by UK HIPHOP-www.ukhh.com/bhh/demos/ 5th_element.htm- you can't help but fall in love with hiphop culture - that spawed an interest in production (acidpro) which moved onto DJing. Tried to break dance, shit those guys are talented. Love for music started with original guitar solo rock and now has no specific catagory.HipHop from Tribe called quest and de la soul to Dangermouse and Foriegn Beggars. Feel US Hiphop is getting a bit dry(souljaboy) but UK HipHop still has so much to say. Mainly looking to DJ Electro and House cause there's nothing better than a filthy electro or Drum n bass rave. That aspect of music started for me in SE ONE 2002. Really don't have a preference over the millions of little sub-genres. TRIBAL PROGRESSIVE DIRTY ELECTRO. Just interested in putting tunes together that I can't get enough of and hopefully some other people enjoy. Can't not mention old school FUNK, soul, jazz and Arabic beats. Believe the only true way to DJ is using VINYL and then learing everything else is easy. Mainly use Vitual Vinyl, the perfect marriage of all the different ways. From the beginning till now its been about fourteen years of music non stop. I'll be putting up songs, mixes remixes, new songs people should hear, everything.
