Hi, i'm Young Mi~
I'm a korean girl, and certain ppl who for some reasons hate korea and koreans just have to deal with that.
I really love other cultures, languages and animals, history, painting and tons of other stuff;D
I'm supporting:
-Equal rights for ALL ppl
-Fair trade
-Gay marriage
-Animals rights
-Amnesty International, wonderful org!
Against:
-Racism
-Discrimination any kind of)
-War
-Corruption
-Whaling
-Fur farming
-Extreme religion
-Nationalism
-"Honor" killing
I'm a buddhist and i might not know too much about other religions, but at least i try not to be full of prejudice.
NEPAL:
May the peace last.
UN:
Admire all the good work of UNs organizations, too bad UN tend to be weak when it's potential strength is really needed.
ISRAEL:
They are really making the situation for themself harder + they have killed and tortured thousands of Palestinians. Shouldn't Israel be the country you expected not to use such methods? Israel is a close friend of USA and when USA looses her power in the Middle East no one can stop Israels enemies from attacking. I think Israel have made her own situation hard.
CHINA:
don't get me wrong, i love China's old culture, history and traditions but many things about China are highly questionable.
Was it such a smart thing to let China host Ol 2008? Have the OL improved human rights there? According to IOC human rights would somehow improve as china would be the host, but little or no progress have been noted.
It seems to me like CCP is immensely afriad of letting ppl speak freely, is free speech really so dangerous? Is it more safe to throw dissidents in jail or labour camps? Isn't it worse to have millions of frustrated young ppl who never have the chance to say what they want?
TIBET:
In my opinion Tibet has the full right to be independent. I dunno is that will ever happen, but a number of things about Tibet makes me angry. The tibetan culture is suppressed unless it's needed for tourism and monks and monasteries are under strickt surveilance. Further more it has been documented how tibetans are tortured for minor offences and how tibetan women are forced to be sterelized, even though China insists that the one-child policy doesn't apply for Tibet?
And can Chinese government and media stop accusing the Dalai Lama for every problem in Tibet? The chinese made him a hero and it's their own fault that they have problems in Tibet. Improvement is needed!!
MILK SCANDAL:
It's just disgusting and horrible how a scandal like that can happen. The victims, 50 000 babies and their families are totally innocent, yet they have to suffer. It's doesn't help if Beijing tell officials to control products when the the procedures are ignored on local level. This could have been avoided!
JAPAN:
Please apologize once and for all and make sure school books doesn't make their brutal war seem like a heroic defence of Asia.
We all want to move on, but the truth can't be hidden for all the future generations. And Dokdo is Korean!
KOREA!
Yay, i love my country! But we have our own history as well, korean war, dictatorships, corruption and our retarded president, Lee Myung Bak. Like everyone else he's doing his best, but i'm not impressed and i really oppopse his channel project.
North Korea:
World's most terrible country. It's not the ppl there we hate, it's their regime with their leader Kim Jong Il, poor koreans in north are victims and thousands of them die in the most aweful concentration camps which are everywhere in North Korea.
It shouldn't even be called "north korea" it's no korea, it's a hell on earth. I wish my family are alive and one day the koreas will be united, but not under kim jong il or his sons.
CAMBODIA:
Finally the former Khmer Rouge leaders (those who are still alive) will be tried for their crimes against humanity. It's a shame that it didn't happend before while Pol Pot were still alive. But better late then never. Families that lost dear ones deserve to see the killers being tried for their crimes.
will write more later about, burma, cambodia, usa, islam, and whatever things i wanna say.
