During the midst of the Cold War, when a contract signing to two young American soldiers codenamed Panda and Zero goes screwy, due to the trickery of the dealer and now leader, Colonel Raikov, Panda and Zero are stationed to a newly established Patrol Base beyond the Soviet Border along with a select few other soldiers, to monitor Soviet Activity.

And while the camp members try to put up with one another, all proving themselves to be equally as quirky as the next, they find themselves target to a whirlwind of attacks from the young bumbling arrogant Russian Major Ocelot, of the Elite devision of GRU, to the brute force of the merciless ruthless para-military unit known as FOX. And while each side appears to be after this mysterious "Armies Heaven" Microfilm, the questions arise; how did Raikov get a hold of such a precious object? Why did Raikov really take command of the camp? What are his intentions with the film? What are Ocelot's intentions? FOX's intentions? And how on earth can the Camp defend themselves from so many fronts? The worst part is, this camp JUST got started.
