Fuck Bowflex and their commericals. Go to the gym and use a bench press bench like a real man, those stupid machines are not the way your supposed to do a bench press for many reasons. The Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells are the most retarded thing I've ever seen, if your so lazy you can't change the weight on the fucking dumbell then you aren't going to be working out in the first place and to make it even more retarded you can spend $139 more dollars for a stand so you don't have to go through the trouble of bending over to pick them up, WTF??? The Bowflex Treadclimber is more insanely expensive garbage. This is the most bullshit company I've ever seen.
