I have never been trained in gymnastics, nor have I ever performed or competed, unless you count a beginners acrobatics class I once took, which you probably shouldn't. I'm just an avid gymnastics spectator and enthusiast. I can do a nice cart wheel and round off, and it's likely you'll see me doing handstands against the walls of my house every time I walk past them. ;)

	2009-2013 Code of Points (hace 1 mes) Also,I could see a lot of gymnasts using the new leap connection after passes to their advantage. I think this code will help beam become a little more artistic, since they'll have a bit more time for elegance. I hope Nastia puts back in her stuff just before her dismount that she took out after this year's American Cup. But really, I'd like to see new beam routines altogether from pretty much everyone - floor, too. Except Sandra Izbasa can keep her floor routine...it's gorgeous.

	runswimchick10 (hace 1 mes) ok, so i started watching your videos about a week ago, and im really impressed. im still new to youtube and not sure how all of this works, but i'd like to make a channel page and maybe start blogging...i dunno. anyways, i thought of making a few requests. firstly, how you feel about how the olympics are playing out. secondly, a more controversial topic: is the intense training and pressure coming from martha influencing the several leg/ankle injuries on team usa? should a new approach be tried, or is what usa gymnastics is doing right now the best? thanks. sarah

Right now though, I am just DYING to see who's on the Olympic team. And you know, I really want to see the AA competition. It'll be intense, that's for sure!!!

	londongymgurl (hace 4 meses) well off the top of my head- maybe you could talk about the spots to fill on the team like who would be the three up on vault, ub, beam and fx and who could be those filler people on those events...just a sugestion....you dont have to talk about all of them but i would like (if you choose this topic of course) to here your thoughts and other peoples thoughts on who would be good for the ub because that looks like a weak spot for us now.
