bigger number = get fatter / heavier
right now I'm bloated up with water and carbs so I'm at my strongest... if I decide to lose some chub then my strength will crash. good numbers, stay injury free and you'll go far |

hey man, very strong there.
Any tips for getting bigger numbers? I have my diet dialed (4000 calories) in but how does your routine or what does your routine consist of? currently im 5'8" and 196 lbs (16 percent bodyfat) my lifts currently are 245 6 reps bench 335 squat 5 reps 365 deadlift 6 reps I'm 16 years old currently and have an ulnar nerve entrapment that i need to get fixed. |

congrats on the amazing strength. Quick question... Do you compete in powerlifting, or are you into bodybuilding? Either way, you're damn srong. What do your workouts look like in the off-season... seems like you revolve around compounds only.
Any info or thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks |

right now I alternate DB rows with deadlifts as my first major back exercise.. but that will no doubt change. for rows I'd go 45-140 for 5 reps, then do a few singles with 160-200 then jump to the work set. Usually 2-3 sets of 4-6 reps then a higher rep set to finish

Just seen your 180lbs x 20 reps dumbell row vid, real Nice vid,ive only begun a couple months ago doing rows and im getting 140lbs x 15. How often do you train rows and what kind of set/reps.Also, how do you mix your rows with the deadlift.Id appreciate any tips you might give me as im reaching a plateaue fast,cheers dude.
