Something that should be done is to go through all of these pedophile users and find the videos that clearly aren't hosted by kids and just being used and mark those for inappropriate contact. What I mean is, those videos of kids that are clearly not being hosted by kids themselves. Even some that are should be reported, but I don't necessarily think it's fair to punish minor users just because some creepy old men are following them around...sometimes it is for the best, though.
