UPDATE ON THE FLEDGLING. BOOMER is finally free. I had tried to tape his freedom flight, but I wasn't able to capture it. He had made a friend that visited him every day for several weeks, and when it warmed up enough, I left the cage door opened for him. He didn't fly out right away, in fact it took him a couple of days to fly off. I have left food and water for him and his friends to come and feed, and he is now free with his new mate. Thank you all for your support!! Boomer is now free!
