Hi,

I just wanted to thank you for the intuitive eating videos. I bought the book a few weeks ago and really am looking forward to following this way of life. The only diet I have been on is weight watchers and while I lost alot of weight on it, I was unable to maintain it because like most people on diets..you get soo frustrated with the limitations that you just binge on all your favorite "bad" foods.

Such a freeing experience that I can have anything I want.

Anyways, just wanted to say thanks again for uploading the videos!! :)
