LFWISKOOL: In WMM, use timeline mode, select the clip whose audio you want to replace and mute it (Clip -> Audio -> Mute). Then drag the new audio (whether it's a clip or some audio in your collection) to the Audio/Music bar under the muted clip, and you're done. You might have to trim, speed up, or slow down the clip for the audio to fit.
