In 2003 I found the French discipline of Parkour and it changed my life in many ways. It has given my life direction and taught me a lot about myself and what I can achieve with a clear goal and some elbow grease. I aim to teach Parkour to other people so that they can benefit from it as I have.

What i love the most about your parkour, is your precisions and shoes. Yeah weird right? I just love knowing that it's possible to do incredible parkour with sneakers.
